Cultural change

The N.E.W.S.™ model is a structured, result-oriented, systematic compass for self-navigation, team navigation, and organizational navigation. It is designed to help individuals, teams and organisations navigate through difficult situations, and align their reality (what they are doing) with their desire and vision (what they want to be doing) to unleash their unique potential for greatness.

The model is highly effective in guiding teams, managers and executives to synchronise their personal, interpersonal and organisational realities through increased alignment, motivation and focus in the pursuit of personal and organisational objectives.

The N.E.W.S.™ system is particularly useful in these organisational situations:

  • Transition: Starting a new role, new project, new or changing team, new organisation etc.
  • Performance or behaviour challenges for the manager or executive
  • Development of future managements, leadership or key talents

The N.E.W.S.™ model centres around four critical questions, represented by the four directional points of the compass:

North ↑   Where to? What is your direction?

East     Why? What motivates you?

South    Why not? What is stopping you?

West     How? How do you plan and execute?

The N.E.W.S.™ model, with its specific and simple-to-use tools, helps in analysing the current situation including any blockages in each of the directions and works towards aligning them. This results in greater clarity for the individual, team or organisation to unleash their potential to achieve true greatness.

What makes the N.E.W.S.™ model unique?
